Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over three bottles of wine in the UK. Delivery for orders of three or less bottles is £9. Delivery for cases and wine club is free. Delivery for clothing is £9. Delivery to EU, please email us to arrange order and delivery.

When will my order be delivered?
We dispatch our orders within 1-2 working days, and 95% of our orders are delivered the next working day from dispatch. Occasionally there are factors beyond our control that may delay the dispatch or delivery of your items - we will do everything we can to get your wines to you as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification which will include tracking information. Please bear in mind it can sometimes take a few hours for the tracking information to show. You will also get alerts from our courier. We recommend you add a mobile number so our courier can send text alerts to keep you updated on your order progress.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, anywhere within in the EU, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with shipping options.
Orders
Is there a minimum order quantity? Do I need to buy a certain number of bottles?
No! We want you to be able to order as much or as little as you want.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Please contact us if you need to make any changes to your order, such as changing your delivery address.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, we offer a complimentary gift message service. Add a gift message to your order, and we’ll write this on a gift tag, and tie it round the neck of the bottle of wine. We think a hand-written message adds a personal touch!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major card providers, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept ApplePay.

What makes your wines unique?
The Res Fortes winery in the Roussillon, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, has well-established vines, some of which have been growing for over 100 years. The combination of these vines, the mineral-rich schist terrain, and a perfect grape growing climate means that exceptional fruit is produced consistently every year.
As well as the wines themselves, Res Fortes’ elegant bottles and label design prove that the most modern and sophisticated drinking experience can grow from the toughest terrain.\
How should I choose the right wines for me?
We try to make our descriptions as detailed as possible, and add in similar wines where possible to guide you. Wine tasting is a subjective art, so you may find you taste different flavours than what’s listed in the tasting notes – we think that’s part of the joy of wine tasting!
We want to make it easy to buy wine online, so we have included wine pairing recipes to find your ideal wine here.

I’m planning a wine tasting party, can you help me?
We can indeed! We love helping with wine tasting events! Whether you want us to help you host via Zoom, or want food pairing suggestions to go with your wines, we can absolutely help!
What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, or there is a long delay and your wines haven’t been delivered we would ask you to contact us and we will provide further assistance. We always want happy customers so we always find a solution to any problem.
What happens if a bottle is broken?
Normally our couriers will let us know if there is any broken glass before your package arrives with you. However in the event that you see broken glass then you please contact us immediately or calling us on +442087556980
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will find out where your order is.
